⚠️ Please read this carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms below.

💼 B2B Transactions
Britwear Baling operates strictly as a B2B supplier. Our returns policy follows B2B guidelines and is not subject to consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method. All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only, which can be used on any future purchase at Britwear Baling.

We Do Not Accept Returns/ Refunds For:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Unjustified reasons
❌ Delivery or processing delays
❌ Additional / duplicate orders made in error
📦 Mixed 50kg Bales – Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable.
❌ Sold sealed – contents cannot be verified beforehand
❌ No returns under any circumstances
❌ By purchasing, you accept the risk of variation in content

🎲 Unpredictability Disclaimer: Mixed 50kg sealed at source bales are not curated by Britwear Baling. They may include standout vintage bangers or more everyday stock. These are a vintage gamble — priced accordingly. We take no responsibility if resale value is lower than expected.

✅ What Can Be Returned
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons and do not apply to 50kg bales or bargain boxes:

🛠 Defective or Damaged Goods
✅ Notify us within 7 days – Please note, in the rare event that there are issues with more than one piece, all concerns must be raised at the same time. Once we’ve resolved an issue on an order, we won’t be able to offer further support on that same order.
✅ Provide clear photo evidence
✅ If approved, we may offer a replacement or partial store credit refund

📦 Incorrect Orders
✅ Report within 7 days
✅ We may request the incorrect goods to be returned
✅ Correct items will be sent out

📧 How to Start a Return
Email sales@britwearbaling.co.uk with:

✅ Order number
✅ Reason for return
✅ Photos, if applicable
We’ll review and get back to you with the next steps.

💳 Refunds
If your return is approved:

✅ Refunds are issued as store credit and processed within 3 working days
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable
⚠️ You are responsible for return postage unless we’re at fault
Please include your order number in the return parcel to avoid delays.

⚖️ Liability
⚠️ We’re not responsible for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, such as any underwear bales.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Bales with obvious signs of use.
    • If the bale comes weighing less than 50kg.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing peices of clothing. 
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account that was used for the purchase, in the form of account credit, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your logged into the correct account again.

    Then contact the email attached, or message the number attached it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Sale items 

    All items may be disputed for a refund, except for underwear unless you are able to show that the bale has not been opened. With evidence present, we will have to assess if this is viable for a refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at socials@britwearbaling.co.uk .

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, get in contact at the email placed below socials@britwearbaling.co.uk

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
